Why was a romance scammer asking me to send him daily pictures of my face? He even asked me to smile in the photos. Was it to use my photos to scam other people or did he have other hidden purposes?

Have you ever heard of photoshop? A skilled photoshopper can combine your smiling face with the body of porn star to make it look like you’re the one in the compromising position. The only part of Gal Gadot in this picture that is really of her is the face:

The scammer will then blackmail you, saying if you don’t pay them money they will release the doctored photos in hopes of embarrassing you.

Sending photos to scammers allows them to use your photo to build fake social media accounts to lure their victims. It also allows them to doctor photos to blackmail you.
